Frequently asked questions

Question

Why is surface preparation so important before installing a coating or finish?

Surface prep is the most critical step in any flooring system. Without proper grinding, cleaning, and profiling, coatings won’t bond properly and can peel, blister, or fail over time. We use industrial equipment to mechanically prepare the slab, ensuring long-term durability

Question

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, materials required, and the scope of the job. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project.

Question

How do I get in contact with you?

Simply call: +1(647) 643-4206 - Max If you'd like to get scheduled in with us, please fill out our request form. Once we've received the details of what you're looking for, we'll reach out to discuss next steps.

Question

Do you remove old flooring before applying a new system?

Absolutely. We handle full removal of tile, epoxy, carpet glue, and other materials. Then we mechanically prepare the concrete surface using grinders, shot blasters, and dust-controlled vacuums to ensure the new system bonds correctly.

Question

How long does an epoxy or polyaspartic floor take to install?

Commercial or industrial projects may take 1-2+ Weeks due to prep requirements and curing times. Yet Most standard residential epoxy or polyaspartic systems can be completed in 1–3 days, depending on the size and condition of the floor

Question

What is concrete polishing, and where is it typically used?

Concrete polishing is a multi-step grinding process that gives concrete a smooth, glossy finish. It’s low-maintenance, dust-proof, and durable — perfect for commercial, retail, industrial, and even residential spaces.
